Protein...
So often as a vegetarian I am asked, "But how do you get enough protein?" This question drives me a little crazy to be honest and to answer the question read this quick article on How much protein we really need, Here.

My question is never how do you get enough protein but how do you really get tofu to absorb the surrounding flavors in a satisfying way.

I've cooked with tofu before (years ago) and found my efforts a miserable failure.

I'm not a big tofu fan, so I never understood the cooking of tofu to make it flavorful, but when I was a vegetarian I discovered that you can get your full protein requirements by eating beans and grains together. Quinoa is a grain high in protein. I also, ate eggs for their protein content.
